satis&fy makes press conference for Lexus possible

On October 2nd, the Parisian exhibition ‘Expo Porte de Versailles’ started its Salon Mondial de l’Automobile. It was a premier for the Japanese automobile producer Lexus introducing its IS limousine convertible – Cabriolet IS 250C. The exhibition also included the latest hybrid study for the LF-Xh and four wheel version of LS 460. It was no other than the Production Company satis&fy that the Japanese chose to be in charge of their media directing, media-technical equipment, and show calling.

Visualizing communication goals
Highlight of the event was a keynote multimedia presentation designed by saits&fy for the Toyota-subsidiary Lexus. Media-experts from satis&fy thought of a creative screen and visual design for the presentation. Throughout the talk of Andy Pfeiffenberger, the new head of Lexus in Europe, the video presentation made composed an impressive background on a oversized LED screen in high pixel resolution. ‘It was quite a challenge and responsibility for us to coincide photos, texts, audio and video sequences of the Lexus presentation with the aim to reach out to its audience’ satis&fy’s project leaders Marc Spangenberg and Dominik Piorr explain.

Complex show run
The most distinct challenge for Spangenberg and Piorr was to plan the show run and media directing of the press conference. ‘We wanted to align video and audio channels with life elements from the press conference for an harmonic high quality product presentation’ says Piorr.

Twelve additional moving lights VL 3000 were included into the common stage illumination to make the Cabrio version of the IS stand out for its product quality. The Cabrio 250C had been positioned on a turning stage for best realization.
