Satis&Fy Supports Toyota Dealer Meeting in Cologne

At the end of 2007, the annual Toyota dealer meeting took place at the Mediacenter MCC in Cologne. Wuppertal-based agency, Mindact Live Communication, called upon satis&fy to coordinate the lighting, audio and audiovisual execution of this mega event.

1,200 dealers attended presentations regarding Toyota’s upcoming fiscal year. The event kicked off with a get-together in the foyer of the MCC where satis&fy set the tone using an accentuated lighting design. The daytime conference, held in one of the MCC studios, was supported by 22 of satis&fy’s audio and lighting specialists. The video crew installed a 56’ x 26’ presentation screen, several multimedia players as well as five teleprompter systems for speaker support.

For an exciting dinner show, satis&fy provided extensive lighting, audio and video equipment, including delay projections. Satis&fy sales manager, Fran Schäfers was happy to report that, “According to Toyota, this was one of their best dealer meetings ever.”
