Professional audiovisual execution leads to a successful event/ s&f attracts interested clients with speed dating
Karben, April 2008. Corporate shows, pr events, road shows, shareholder meetings, exhibits, none of the above work without professional technical event and media support any more. When the meeting and incentive travel industry comes together in Frankfurt in April for IMEX – the essential worldwide exhibition for incentive travel, meetings and events – the Event Production Company satis&fy will be one of the exhibitors. The technical event services company plans to make a strong statement with an innovative booth design and a friendly customer approach. The one-stop-solution concept will be another key topic.
At focus: the worldwide meeting business
Between April 22nd and 24th s&f presents what integral part of a successful event the professional technical event support has become. A target group of the company is the meeting planners from overseas. So far s&f gains 30% of the sales abroad with international companies such as NIKE, Chrysler and Lexus. The fair is seen as a great platform to make a statement according to Nico Ubenauf, co-founder and CEO.
The outstanding booth design, which is in line with the new communication concept of the company, is supposed to draw the visitors’ attention. Nine 42” plasma screens are the eye-catcher and communicate the oss-concept with practical examples.

speed dating with s&f: finding a match in no time
Besides the acquisition of new clients the main focus of the production company is on the informative exchange with the visitors. For that purpose the event professionals make use of the trend for speed dating. The slogan ‘satis&fy – more than just a speed date’ shall draw the target group to the booth ‘that does not know yet it actually is our target group’, Ubenauf says. ‘We want to get in touch with potential clients and business partners in a very unconventional and entertaining way. With speed dating we can quickly find out if there is a match or not.’The goal is to show that s&f is more than just a speed date but a reliable, fair, trustworthy and creative partner with a high quality level. This is not just shown with the own exhibit. Besides that s&f provides the media equipment for the Germany booth of the GCB German Convention Bureau e.V. as well as the technical execution of the IMEX evening festivity at the Frankfurt Opera house.
