The future of football shoes

Nike Mercurial Launch

On 7 February 2018 in South London, Nike unveiled the new Mercurial football shoe to the press and celebrated the future of football.

The technical and structural implementation of the media event was in the hands of satis&fy. The heart of the event: a 56 metre long and four metre high LED wall (approx. 25,288,704 pixels), extendable stages and doors.
In addition, 50 pairs of shoes were installed on the ceiling on winches and created a shoe matrix. The individually movable shoes floated and moved over the heads of the visitors during the event.
Various top athletes stood on movable stage elements and presented the latest creation from Nike.




In addition to the main location, the satis&fy crew redesigned four other rooms where key innovations and other new products, including the official World Cup jerseys for England and Nigeria, were presented. The special achievement of satis&fy was the complete custom constructions of the interior. Another highlight was the presentation of the new jersey shop concept.
