One-Stop-Solution.
Our ultimate goal will always be to “wow” you!
satis&fy has solidified its position as a leading international provider of cutting-edge event and media technology, scenic design, and room-in-room solutions. Encompassing a perfect blend of unconventional ideas, the spirit of innovation, and the courage to take the path less traveled—we’ve quickly become a major player in the event industry.
From Berlin to Portland, New York to Hilversum, we’re known for providing unparalleled service from our nine worldwide branch locations and impressive roster of over 500 employees to more than 3,000 events, tradeshows, and exhibitions annually.
But what is it that consistently fuels our drive?
It’s quite simple. The passion to perform and the satisfaction of knowing our clients couldn’t be happier at the end of the day. It’s our focus to turn creative ideas into tangible realities, and we strongly believe that ‘impossible’ is merely an opinion and not a fact.
To achieve the impossible, you need to bring a lot to the table: a variety of media, interdisciplinary methods, and committed, creative people.
We have it all. Under one roof.
Consistency is key, and our service model, the ‘One-Stop-Solution’, is our way of promising unprecedented quality and peace of mind to our clients.
Our project managers, planners, multimedia specialists, set designers, architects, carpenters, industrial designers, and logistics specialists all have one quality in common—they strive to conquer the impossible.

Hardly any company foregoes the opportunity to reach out to customers, employees, business partners, job applicants and members of the media through corporate events. As diverse as the goals and formats of these events can be, so varied and inexhaustible are the technical and architectural options for staging events and ensuring that the event makes a lasting impression on the guests.
Concerts, tours, festivals, dance shows, revues, musicals: they tend to be a visual and acoustic experience for those in attendance, but a special challenge for the technicians behind the scenes.
Retail and trade show appearances are the pinnacle of live communication. No other form of event combines product innovation and emotional appeal as skillfully as the trade show stand. It allows customers to expand their personal contacts, cultivate existing business relationship and boost their brand's advertising appeal.
As large as the event mix is, so is the demand for attractive and unique locations. Old factories, abandoned movie theaters and former department stores and engine sheds are converted into event venues, with a new event-specific purpose.
Combining art and technology is an inspiring by-product of our work as a technical service provider. Through our relationships with universities, artists and creative professionals, we are constantly challenged to develop and produce unique media solutions, interactive forms of communications and digital worlds.
Buying new equipment is always a hard decision. Did I get the best possible terms? Could I also lease the same equipment? Will I be getting adequate support for all technical problems? And above all: did I make the right equipment decision?
It has always been our focus to offer our clients high-quality, creative solutions and an added peace of mind in a single package—and our service model, the ‘One-Stop-Solution’, does it all.
The One-Stop-Solution is an integrated technical consulting, planning, and implementation package for professional events that offers unbeatable support along every step of the way. This offering encompasses classic technical services, such as lighting, audio and video support, and extends to scenic and interior design, furniture, graphics, exhibit construction, and custom builds.
We link industry specialists from various disciplines, cutting-edge equipment, and modern transport logistics to ensure your event is executed flawlessly—from start to finish.
For us, the One-Stop-Solution isn’t just a fancy name—it’s a promise.
Here’s our promise to you:
Nico Ubenauf and Kai Weiberg start satis&fy as a company with a focus on light and sound technology. As one of the first providers in the industry, satis&fy pursues a holistic approach to customer service and project implementation. Their rapid success proves they’re on the right track.
satis&fy opens up a small production unit in Amstelhoek, Netherlands in the vicinity of Nike’s European HQ.
... a decision not based on sales records, but as a way for the employees to participate in the success of the company.
The Board of Directors decide to expand satis&fy’s range of services to include live entertainment and touring support. A branch is established in Ascheberg, which will move to Werne in 2007.
In order to fulfill expanding business requests in Germany’s Capital, a branch office is opened in Berlin.
The management duo Ubenauf and Weiberg become a trio. Dirk Vennemann is brought on as a COO at the board level.
satis&fy outgrows its unit in Amstelhoek, and switches to a larger location in Hilversum.
satis&fy becomes a member of the AV Alliance—a global network of suppliers for event technology.
Previously an exclusively European company, satis&fy opens its first United States based Branch. The team finds a new home in Portland, Oregon—in proximity to Nike’s WHQ. The opening of the Munich branch is also carried out this year.
Production offices in São Paulo (BRA) and Hamburg are opened. In the same year, the Lightcompany GmbH is integrated as a ‘member of satis&fy’.
satis&fy opens a branch in New York due to growing business demands and constant work on the East Coast.
satis&fy and Habegger found Live Matters. This makes Live Matters one of the biggest event holdings in the DACH area.

These days, everyone is talking about sustainability. We are as well, and sustainability has been a firmly established principle of our company since 2011.
We feel a sense of obligation towards our community, our environment and our future and, for this reason, we have committed to executing events in a responsible and ecologically correct manner. In our own way. Without fancy certificates, carbon footprint calculators and carbon offset payments, but with a great deal of sincerity, the will to bring about change and ideas which will have an impact on the event sector.
